About Telf Maynard

Telf Maynard was born and raised on a hobby farm in the Southlands area of Vancouver, BC. He attended Vancouver Bilingual Preschool, Laurier Annex French Immersion Kindergarten, L'École Bilingue Elementary French Immersion, Point Grey Mini School, and University Hill Secondary School. Telf started riding horses literally before he could walk, and holds his B2 level in the Canadian Pony Club. He is still an active Pony Club examiner, and occasionally acts as the announcer at hunter/jumper horse shows.

After high school, Telf started his own successful computer repair business, Canadian Computer Consulting. In 1998, Telf decided to move on and sold his computer company. Over the next few years he worked as Executive Director of the not-for-profit internet recruiting website CareerOwl Institute, became a PADI SCUBA instructor, got his Private Pilot's License (with night and float ratings, and an aerobatics endorsement), and briefly pursued a career as an Air Traffic Controller in Edmonton, Alberta.

But Telf's passion has always been Real Estate. He currently has investment property in Edmonton, Alberta, and is always actively looking for new cash-flow properties, especially in the Vancouver area.

Because of Telf's experiences over the years, he understands how hard it can be to find the perfect property in Vancouver. He is patient, and willing to work with you to sell your home as quickly as possible, for as much as possible. And will work to help you find the perfect new home -- however long it takes.
